We used A-1 to complete a ton of work on our house. New roof, new siding, all new soffit and fascia, three new exterior doors, and an entryway build-out to give our house some depth. Every step of the process was transparent, and with fair pricing. If Craig ran into an issue he would always call me and send pictures, or show me in person what needed to be done before just doing it. As a result, there were no surprises on our bill. Pricing is fair and competitive, and the value for the money is top notch. Craig and his team are fantastic, and we know he didn't cut any corners. Highly recommend. I will never do business with any one other than these guys in the future. Craig helped us every step of the way. He went out of his way to put up a tarp on our roof to protect it from further damage, came out and made sure things went appropriately with our insurance adjusters, and even checked on our house numerous times to make sure everything was secure after some nasty storms came through. Our new beautiful roof was installed with urgency and professionalism, along with outstanding work for our new gutters. From the day we contacted Craig at A-1 we were impressed. He came out to our home to give us an estimate on the very same day we called. Within two days he handed us a written estimate. Craig was also on site when our insurance adjuster made the decision that we indeed had hail damage to our roof. Craig met with us several times to make sure our questions were answered. He scheduled the work at our convenience, was here on time with his team and supplies, and completed the project in ONE DAY! The team left our yard clean and undamaged.
